Assistant professor at Chalmers University of Technology, with a background in mechanical engineering (MSc, PhD) and life sciences (Postdoc).
“Over the past 300 million years, insects have evolved exceptional flight capabilities. Yet only in the last three decades have their flight mechanics become clear. In this talk we’ll discuss recent advances in the study of insect flight, and how these bring the prospect of insect-inspired micro-air-vehicles closer to reality”.
